为了开发非常规能源,要创新工程评估概念,并要精心编制计算机应用程序。因为商用海洋电力工程的可行性是通过其财务的可行性和银行的可融资性进行评估的,所以对可获得的电能进行可靠量化很重要。可在研究/设计阶段采用三维潮汐流态模拟软件和分析优化程序对经济上具有吸引力的潮汐发电场布置加以认定。以韩国莞岛(Wando)潮汐电站为例,对潮汐电站电能产出优化方法进行了介绍。
In order to develop unconventional energy, it is necessary to innovate the concept of engineering assessment and to elaborate computer applications. Because the feasibility of commercial offshore power engineering is assessed through the financial viability and bankability of banks, it is important to reliably quantify the amount of electricity available. Three-dimensional tidal flow simulation software and an analysis optimization program can be used to identify economically attractive tidal-field layouts during the research / design phase. Taking the Wando tidal power plant in South Korea as an example, this paper introduces the optimization method of tidal power output.
