大型钢管冷床的升降驱动是设计的重中之重,本文以衡钢φ340钢管步进式冷床为实例,对升降驱动进行了静力分析、计算,绘制出了电动机转速及转矩图,采用均方根法进行升降驱动电动机的选择和校验,并通过增加平衡块以优化冷床升降机构的设计。
