为实现对果蔬等农产品物流过程的低能耗实时监控,提出一种适用于现代果蔬物流过程的实时监控系统监测数据处理方案。通过在运输车辆的车厢内部署具有RFID功能的温湿度传感器,获取物流过程中果蔬储存环境的实时温湿度数据;采用生物免疫机理对节点感知数据进行预处理,降低节点数据传输量;计算节点数据融合信度获取融合权值,对节点数据加权融合获取对监测对象的完整一致性监测结果;用感知数据与融合结果相似度差值,对节点感知数据的融合信度进行更新;根据实际情况选取通信模式,降低节点通信能耗及紧急事件的响应时间。仿真结果表明,该方案可有效降低果蔬物流过程实时监控的网络通信能耗。
In order to realize real-time monitoring of low-energy consumption of agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables, a monitoring data processing scheme of real-time monitoring system suitable for modern fruit and vegetable logistics process is proposed. Real-time temperature and humidity data of fruit and vegetable storage environment in the process of logistics are obtained by deploying temperature and humidity sensors with RFID function in the compartment of the transport vehicle; node sensing data is preprocessed by biological immune mechanism to reduce node data transmission; node data calculation The fusion reliability is used to obtain the fusion weight, and the node data is weighted and fused to obtain the complete consistency monitoring result of the monitoring object. The fusion reliability of the node perception data is updated with the difference of the similarity between the perception data and the fusion result. According to the actual situation, Communication mode, reduce node communication energy consumption and emergency response time. The simulation results show that this scheme can effectively reduce the energy consumption of network communication in real-time monitoring of fruit and vegetable logistics process.
