作者采用含异环磷酰胺的联合化疗方案治疗晚期复治的非小细胞肺癌１６例。结果：ＰＲ６例，ＮＣ８例，ＰＤ２例，无ＣＲ病例。有效率３７．５％（６／１６）。毒性反应主要是骨髓抑制及轻微的消化道反应。加用Ｍｅｓｎａ和水化利尿后无出现肉眼血尿，但镜下血尿（＋）２例，一过性蛋白尿±～＋＋）６例。提示含异环磷酰胺的联合化疗治疗晚期复治的非小细胞肺癌有一定的疗效，但骨髓毒性亦较重，使用过程应谨慎。
The authors used a combination chemotherapy regimen containing ifosfamide in the treatment of advanced retreated non-small cell lung cancer in 16 patients. Results: PR6 cases, NC8 cases, PD2 cases, no CR cases. The effective rate is 37.5% (6/16). The toxicity was mainly myelosuppression and mild gastrointestinal reactions. There was no gross hematuria after the addition of Mesna and hydration diuresis, but microscopic hematuria (+) in 2 cases, transient proteinuria ± ++) in 6 cases. It is suggested that ifosfamide combined chemotherapy is used to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer. However, the bone marrow toxicity is also heavier. The use of it should be cautious.
