本文对我国职业教育教师培训制度建设进行了探讨,并针对存在的主要问题提出建议:改进现有的职业教师培养制度,为规范行业企业参与职业教育教师培训提供制度保障;建立职业教育教师研究生培养制度,为促进职业教育的健康持续发展提供支持;健全职业教育教师培养考核制度,为形成职业教育教师培养的长效机制提供条件。
This article probes into the construction of the system of teacher training in vocational education in our country, and puts forward suggestions on the main problems existing in the system: improving the existing system of training professional teachers, providing institutional guarantee for standardizing the participation of industry enterprises in the training of vocational education teachers; establishing the training of postgraduates of vocational education teachers System, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education to provide support; improve the occupation education teacher training examination system, in order to form a long-term mechanism for vocational education teacher training to provide the conditions.
