我院近5年诊治咳嗽变异性哮喘180例,现报告如下。 临床资料 初发年龄3月～7岁;反复或持续咳嗽26天～6年,抗生素及止咳药治疗效差。大多为晨咳、夜咳或早晚咳,昼夜无差异14例。咳嗽性质:呈反复刺激性咳嗽148例,呈慢性干咳32例,伴咯少量白色泡沫稀痰17例。咽部轻度充血40例,两肺哮鸣音22例,药物热7例,荨麻疹10例,过敏性紫癜2例。92例患儿及76例的一级亲属有过敏性疾病史,158例有被动吸烟史。查明过敏原147例,PHA皮试阴性
Nearly five years my hospital diagnosis and treatment of cough variant asthma 180 cases, are as follows. Clinical data of the initial age of 3 months to 7 years; repeated or sustained cough 26 days to 6 years, antibiotics and cough poor treatment. Mostly morning cough, night cough or morning and evening cough, no difference between day and night in 14 cases. Cough nature: repeated irritating cough in 148 cases, 32 cases of chronic dry cough, with a small amount of foam thin sputum in 17 cases. Pharyngeal mild congestion in 40 cases, two lung wheezing in 22 cases, drug fever in 7 cases, urticaria in 10 cases, 2 cases of allergic purpura. 92 cases of children and 76 cases of first-degree relatives have a history of allergic diseases, 158 cases of passive smoking history. Allergens were identified in 147 cases, PHA skin test negative
