通过四个具有明显不同性状品种的嫁按试验,探讨了甘薯源流库的关系及成熟期问题。结果表明,不仅源对库的作用很大,库对源也有明显的促进作用。流决定光合产物从源到库的转运。由于嫁接形成的愈伤组织阻碍了流的畅通,嫁接后的薯块产量普遍减产。以早熟品种作砧木,迟熟品种为接穗,薯块的早熟性消失,生长后期继续膨大。反之,以迟熟品种作砧木,早熟品种为接穗,茎叶的早衰现象也消失,产量成倍增长。成熟期表现出可变性。
Through the four marching trials with obviously different traits, the relationship and maturity of sweet potato source-sink were discussed. The results show that not only the source of the library a great role, the library also has a significant source of promotion. To early varieties of rootstocks, late varieties of scion, tuber precocious disappear, continue to expand the late growth. On the contrary, late maturing varieties as rootstocks, early-maturing varieties as scions, stems and leaves of premature aging phenomenon also disappeared, doubling production. Mature phase showed variability.
