为了获得良好的镀层,镀镍液中硫酸镍(NiSO_4.7H_2O)的含量,一般控制在150~180g/l之间(也有控制在200~250g/l)。本文利用加入适量氨水后,使镍与氨离子生成蓝色的氨合络离子,借此生成的颜色进行比色测定,方法简便快速,又可节省试剂,经合成试液试验,9次测定的相对标准偏差平均不大于1.5%,回收率为91~120%。对试剂用量及共存离子的影响进行了实验,50%柠檬酸铵加入量为1.0~9.0ml;氨水(1+1)加入量1.5~8.0ml,所得的吸光度一致,在50ml显色液中,下列含量金属离子的存在,不影响60mg镍的比色测定:Fe(Ⅲ)(5.0)、Mg(Ⅱ)(3.0)、Cu(Ⅱ)(0.2)、Ca(Ⅱ)
