我国从20世纪70年代末开始推行改革开放政策,逐步实现了由计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转型。在此过程中,诞生了中国资本市场,并成为推动所有制改革和优化资源配置方式的重要力量,为我国国民经济的快速发展发挥着积极的作用。笔者基于当前政治经济形势,结合中国证券市场的现状,从经济学角度剖析当前我国资本市场保持持续发展并发挥其应有的作用所应考虑的几个问题,包括提高上市公司质量、削弱股权分置后续影响、构建资本市场畅通流动渠道、细化建管标准和明确监管责任等四个方面,期望与大家共同探讨和学习,以加深我们对证券知识的理解和吸收。 Since the late 1970s, China began to implement the policy of reform and opening up and gradually realized the transition from a planned economy to a market economy.
