作者研究了以离子浮选法中的溶剂浮选法代替溶剂萃取法,进行阴离子型表面活性剂的浓缩,可以定量到10~(-8)M的十二烷基硫酸钠。仪器与试剂起泡分离器是内径33 mm,长360 mm的派瑞克斯玻璃制品,底部装有半融玻板。氮气通路使用氯乙烯管。分离管下部有三通活塞(聚四氟乙烯制),通过改变三通方向,能够任意选择供给氮气和排出试样。用UO-101型自动分光光度计测定吸光度。
The author studied the method of solvent flotation in ionic flotation instead of solvent extraction and the concentration of anionic surfactants to quantify sodium dodecyl sulfate at 10 ~ (-8) M.
