根据滚子齿形凸轮机构的啮合原理,采用五坐标联动的 HRC 加工中心,作者在国内首次精确加工出了一批滚子齿形空间凸轮,并获得较好的应用效果。本文介绍了滚子齿形空间凸轮计算机辅助制造过程中凸轮的加工原理、计算机辅助编程方法和应用软件流程框图等内容。
According to the meshing principle of roller toothed cam mechanism, HRC machining center with five coordinates linkage is used. The author first produced a number of roller cog-shaped space cams for the first time in China and obtained good application results. This paper introduces the processing principle of cam in computer assisted manufacturing process of roller tooth space cam, computer aided programming method and flow chart of application software.
