利用荧光测活法比较了HRP在有机相与水相胶束体系中催化不同芳香胺类的动力学常数,发现在水相胶束体系中,HRP是在一个较严格的亲、疏水界面进行催化反应。同时对界面酶学性质进行了初步研究,讨论了在胶束中不同增溶位置对反应动力学常数的影响。
The kinetic constants of different aromatic amines catalyzed by HRP in organic and aqueous micellar systems were compared by fluorescence assay. It was found that HRP was catalyzed by a more stringent hydrophilic / hydrophobic interface in the aqueous micellar system reaction. At the same time, the enzymatic properties of the interface were preliminarily studied, and the effects of different solubilization sites on the kinetic constants of the reaction were discussed.
