对燃气机热泵机组进行了部分负荷特性实验研究,重点分析了末端水流量和转速对其制热性能的影响规律。结果表明:冷凝器负荷、总余热、性能系数和一次能源利用率均随末端水流量的增大而增大,当末端水流量由1.8 m3/h增大到3.6 m3/h时,性能系数和一次能源利用率分别增大11.6%和19.5%;冷凝器负荷和总余热随发动机转速的升高而增大,但是性能系数和一次能源利用率随转速由1 300升高到2 000 r/min时,分别减小40%和9.8%。燃气机热泵机组在不同末端水流量和燃气发动机转速工况下均具有良好的部分负荷特性。
The partial load characteristics of gas turbine heat pump units were experimentally studied, and the influencing rules on the heating performance of the gas turbine heat pump units were analyzed emphatically. The results show that the condenser load, the total residual heat, the coefficient of performance and the primary energy efficiency all increase with the increase of the terminal water flow. When the terminal water flow increases from 1.8 m3 / h to 3.6 m3 / h, The primary energy utilization rate increased by 11.6% and 19.5% respectively. The condenser load and total residual heat increased with the increase of engine speed. However, the coefficient of performance and the primary energy utilization rate increased from 1300 to 2000 r / min , Respectively, by 40% and 9.8% respectively. The gas engine heat pump unit has good partial load characteristics under different end water flow rates and gas engine speed conditions.
