本文研究经皮球囊二尖瓣成型术（PBMV）对患者的心理影响，采用90项症状清单（SCL─90）分别于手术前、后各1周两次评定患者的精神症状，并与同期二尖辩闭式分离术（CMV）患者相对照。结果显示，两次差值比较在阳性项目、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑及放对性方面，PBMV组与对照组相比明显降低，其中躯体化、焦虑及敌对性方面下降最为突出。提示不同手术方式影响手术应激的强度，PBMV有效减轻了患者的心理和躯体症状。
This paper studies the psychological effects of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV) on patients, using the 90 symptom checklist (SCL ─ 90) were assessed before and after surgery, 1 week twice in patients with psychiatric symptoms and with the same period Two sharp debate closed isolation (CMV) patients contrast. The results showed that PBMV group was significantly lower than that of the control group in terms of positive items, somatization, depression, anxiety and relevancy. The decline in somatization, anxiety and hostility was the most prominent among the two groups. Tip different surgical methods affect the intensity of surgical stress, PBMV effectively reduce the psychological and physical symptoms of patients.
