目前油气处理厂的设计为了满足处理量和环保排放要求,尾气烟囱和塔架设置都较高且重,而尾气烟囱和塔架安装是油气处理厂建设的关键和重点,特别是吊装难度大,影响面广,是整个油气处理厂建设的控制性和标志性设施。现针对哈萨克斯坦让那诺尔第三油气处理厂尾气烟囱和塔架组装特点进行分析研究,制定采用400t履带式吊车主吊,50t吊车溜尾的方式,分别对塔架、烟囱分段进行空中正装安装方法,重点阐述分段、吊装、空中组对和烟囱补衬等关键环节和注意事项,确保安全、快捷完成安装任务。通过实施证明此方法效果较好。
