专业技术军官职业发展规划,集中体现了军官职业发展的客观规律、军队的组织意志以及军官个体的自我需求,表现为军队组织整体开发和军官个体自我开发的有机统一。因此,应着重把握好促使组织和个体达成“心理契约”的适应期阶段、帮助军官个体克服“职业高原”的发展期阶段以及保障军官个体实现平稳过渡的转换期阶段。
Professional and technical officers career development plan, embodies the objective law of military career development, the army’s organizational will and individual self-demand officers, manifested in the overall development of military organizations and military officers to develop their own organic unity.
