自从党中央提出在本世纪末实现小康目标以来,各地对实现小康目标十分关注,已有许多县(市)为奔小康制订目标,找差距、揭矛盾,为提前实现小康目标而努力奋斗。国家曾指出:“全国进入小康的关键和难点在农村,没有农民的小康就没有全国人民的小康。”并指示:“要把农村小康建设作为90年代国民经济和社会发展的重点加以研究。” Since the CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of realizing a well-to-do society by the end of this century, all localities have shown great concern for achieving the goal of a well-off society.
