从校本研修入手营造学校教师文化

校本研修是培养青年教师、名教师的重要手段。实施校本研修,充分体现了以教师为中心和以学校为本位的现代中小学发展理念,真正将教师的发展与学校的发展融为一体。从教师之间合作研修的角度看,校本研修强调合作,有助于教师认识到自己的优缺点,激发自觉发展的动力;有助于教师解决个人无法解决的教育问题,提高问题解决的质量与效益;等等。基于这样的认识,近年来上海市第三女子中学开始实施班组项目研修,就是为了使班组的研修活动与学科教学细节结合得更加紧密,通过集体研究各学科教学中的瓶颈问题,提高教学的有效性,从而促进教师的整体发展。我们期望通过班组项目研修的形式为教师搭建专业化发展的平台,整体提高教师的教学素养。以校本研修达到教学有效性班组项目研修使得基层班组改变了过去听命于学校统一指挥、主动性发挥不够的局面。各教研组能够结合自己学科的实际,提出研修目标,确定研修内容,开展有特色的研修活动,充分显示出个性化的教研特点。学校以实践性的内容将教师组合在 School-based training is an important means of training young teachers and famous teachers.
