随着农村经济改革的深入,改革带来了大量福利的同时也加剧了农村内部收入差距和社会不平等问题,而其中一个重要原因是代际差异。本文利用2012年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),结合社会资本理论,实证分析了社会信任对农村劳动力代际职业向上流动的影响。研究发现:(1)社会信任会显著促进农村劳动力的代际职业向上流动;(2)社会信任会通过促进社会网络的形成而影响代际职业流动;(3)当代际职业流动跨度增加时,社会信任的正向作用减弱。除此之外,随着市场化程度的加深,社会信任的正向影响也会减弱。
With the deepening of rural economic reform, the reform has brought a lot of benefits but also exacerbated the problem of income inequality and social inequality in rural areas. One of the important reasons is the intergenerational differences. Based on the 2012 China Household Follow-up Survey (CFPS) and the theory of social capital, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of social trust on the up-flow of rural labor generation. The findings are as follows: (1) Social trust will significantly promote the upward mobility of rural labor intergenerational occupations; (2) Social trust will affect intergenerational occupational mobility by promoting the formation of social networks; (3) The positive effect of social trust weakened. In addition, as the degree of marketization deepens, the positive influence of social trust will also be weakened.
