患者,女,27岁。10余岁时发现右小腿后部软组织内有一杏仁大肿物,未经治疗。20岁时肿物长成鹅蛋大小,无明显痛感。于1982年2月9日手术切除,病理诊断为硬纤维瘤。术后病人情况良好,能参加劳动,一年后于小腿软组织内又出现多个无痛性包块,近二年生长迅速,局部不痛、不热,无波动,于1989年12月12日切除。手术所见:肿物广泛浸及腓肠肌、比目鱼肌,直至肌腱附着处呈凹凸不平,质坚硬。 Patient, female, 27 years old.
