以TEOS溶胶凝胶过程的动态激光光散射研究为基础,在过程的不同阶段加入二官能团有机硅单体DDS。用SEM分析产物的不同形貌。结果表明,DDS的加入对TEOS凝胶化过程产生了较大的影响,所得相分离产物随着DDS加入时间的不同呈现出一定的规律。这种规律的出现与动态激光光散射的研究结果达到了统一,从宏观上进一步体现了TEOS溶胶凝胶过程的特征,对在活性二氧化硅表面键接复合其它单体的研究必将起着重要的指导作用。
Based on dynamic laser light scattering studies of TEOS sol-gel processes, difunctional silicone monomer DDS was added at various stages of the process. The different morphologies of the product were analyzed by SEM. The results showed that the addition of DDS had a great influence on the gelation process of TEOS. The obtained phase separation products showed some regularities with the addition of DDS. The appearance of this law and the dynamic laser light scattering research results reached a unified, macroscopically further reflects the characteristics of the TEOS sol-gel process, bonding on the active silica surface bonding of other monomers will play a Important guiding role.
