目的 :探讨复方参果液防治白内障的作用机理。方法 :大鼠用半乳糖诱发白内障同时进行灌胃给药 ,灌胃结束后 ,剖取晶状体 ,进行凝胶柱分离高压液相图谱分析。结果 :与模型对照相比 ,正常组水溶性蛋白分子量降低 ,百分含量提高 ;复方参果液大、小剂量组水溶性蛋白分子量降低 ,百分含量提高 ,接近正常对照组。结论 :复方参果液对半乳糖性白内障水溶性晶状体蛋白改变有明显的纠正作用
Objective: To explore the mechanism of compound ginseng liquid in preventing and treating cataract. METHODS: Rats were administrated intragastrically with galactose-induced cataract. After intragastric administration, the lens was dissected and the gel column was separated and analyzed by HPLC. Results: Compared with the model control, the molecular weight of the water soluble protein in the normal group decreased and the percentage content increased; the molecular weight of the water soluble protein in the large and small doses of the compound fruit liquid decreased, and the percentage content increased, which was close to the normal control group. Conclusion : Compound Shen fruit liquid can obviously correct the change of water-soluble lens protein of galactose cataract
