人们只知道喝茶有降血压的功效,实际上吃巧克力可能帮助更大。据美国医学会内科医学档案记载,富含可可粉的食物有助于降血压,但绿茶和红茶则可能没有此种功效。研究人员将高血压志愿者分成两组,一组遵照医嘱按时服用控制高血压类药物,另一组则食用咖啡食品,两周后发现两组的疗效基本相同。
People only know that drinking tea has the effect of lowering blood pressure, in fact eating chocolate may help more. According to the American Medical Association Medical Archives, food rich in cocoa helps to lower blood pressure, but green tea and black tea may not have this effect. The researchers divided the hypertensive volunteers into two groups. One group took the prescribed hypertensive drugs on time and the other group consumed the coffee food. Two weeks later, they found that the two groups had the same effect.
