1.故障现象1台沃尔沃L180E型装载机作业时突然出现制动系统充压失效、制动压力偏低、发动机高温等报警信号。此时冷却风扇转速很慢,约为300r/min(正常转速为1200~1500r/min)。发动机高速运转时,检测中心阀块PFF处压力只有5MPa(正常应为20.5MPa)。2.工作原理沃尔沃L180E型装载机液压系统工作原理如附图所示。该机液压系统设置了3个变量柱塞液压泵。在中心阀块作用下,这3个液压泵的流量可根据负荷情况合理分配。冷却及制动系统采用载荷
