“理实一体”教学模式的实施使理论教学与实践教学有机结合,此种模式打破了传统教学理论与实践相脱节的桎梏,使教学做到“教—学—做”一体化,在提高教学效果的同时更能有效地培养学生的专业实践能力。高等卫生职业教育作为我国职业教育中的一类,在开展实施实践教学时存在诸多影响教学质量的问题。因此,如何将“理实一体”教学模式有效地运用于实践教学中,是高职卫生学院教学改革中需要解决并不断完善的一大问题。本文对高职卫生学院护理专业“理实一体”教学模式进行探究与思考,为高职卫生学院护理专业人才培养提供一定的理论支持。
The implementation of the teaching mode of “the unity of theory of reality” has organically integrated the theory teaching with the practice teaching. This kind of model breaks the unjust coherence between the traditional teaching theory and practice, and makes the teaching integration of “teaching, learning and doing” , In improving teaching effectiveness at the same time more effectively cultivate students’ professional practice ability. As a kind of vocational education in China, there are many problems that affect the teaching quality when carrying out practical teaching. Therefore, how to effectively apply teaching model of “unity of reality” in practice teaching is a major problem that needs to be solved and continuously improved in the teaching reform of higher vocational school of health. This article probes into and thinks about the teaching mode of nursing specialty “realism ” in higher vocational college of health, and provides some theoretical support for nursing professional talents training in higher vocational college of health.
