采用高效液相色谱对藤黄生品及7种炮制品进行了分析。结果表明,生品与炮制品检出组分一致,藤黄酸的含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Garcinia Cambogia and 7 processed products were analyzed by HPLC. The results showed that the composition of raw and processed products was the same, and there was no significant difference in gambogic acid content (P>0.05).
