为了进一步研究拖拉机的振动特性,对拖拉机振动系统的横向固有频率进行研究,建立了无悬架拖拉机横向和侧倾2自由度振动模型,推导出拖拉机横向固有频率的理论计算公式。以江苏常发集团CF700型拖拉机为研究对象,用理论与试验相结合的方法进行了试验验证,试验分别在5、9、11、13和15 km/h的行驶速度下测得拖拉机的横向固有频率,并与其相应的横向固有频率理论计算值进行比较。结果表明,理论计算值与试验值最大相对误差为1.11%,验证了横向固有频率理论计算公式的准确性,该研究为拖拉机座椅横向减振系统的设计提供了重要参考。
In order to further study the vibration characteristic of the tractor, the transverse natural frequency of the tractor vibration system was studied. The transverse and roll 2-DOF vibration model of the tractor without suspension was established and the theoretical formula of tractor transverse natural frequency was deduced. Taking Jiangsu Changfa Group CF700 tractor as the research object, the experiment was carried out by the combination of theory and experiment. The tractor’s lateral inherent property was measured at the traveling speed of 5, 9, 11, 13 and 15 km / h respectively Frequency, and with its corresponding transverse natural frequency theoretical calculated value is compared. The results show that the maximum relative error between the theoretical calculated value and the experimental value is 1.11%, which verifies the accuracy of theoretical formula of transverse natural frequency. This study provides an important reference for the design of transverse vibration damping system of tractor seat.
