针对薄宽冷轧带钢生产中常见的局部型板形瓢曲缺陷——高次局部浪形的屈曲变形过程进行了解析研究,采用高斯函数描述了局部屈曲情况下边界载荷的不均匀性,引入局部影响系数考虑局部屈曲行为过程中带钢平直部分对屈曲区域的影响,获得了临界屈曲条件与局部影响系数和局部屈曲区域宽度之间的关系,应用摄动法对局部屈曲的后屈曲路径进行了分析求解,通过对工业现场实例的仿真计算,验证了前屈曲计算的正确性,并获得了与现场实际浪形模态吻合良好的后屈曲模态。在实验轧机上设计了局部浪形的冷轧轧制实验,通过铝板轧制获得了局部浪形模态,进一步验证了解析计算结果。
