高校图书馆联盟的可持续发展,需要融合彼此间的各类差异。基于江苏高校图书馆区域联盟的情况分析,提出文化差异是各类差异中最主要的部分,它是产生文化冲突的主要原因,也是影响联盟正常运行和成功与否的最关键因素之一。成员馆间深层次的融合则在于共同的联盟文化,而构建文化融合机制是实现联盟内部文化融合最有效的方法和途径,亦为高校图书馆联盟文化融合提供可借鉴的操作方法和程序。
The sustainable development of university library alliance needs to integrate various kinds of differences between each other. Based on the analysis of the regional alliance of university libraries in Jiangsu Province, it is proposed that cultural differences are the most important part of all kinds of differences. It is the main reason for the cultural conflicts and one of the most crucial factors that affect the normal operation and success of the alliance. The deep integration among members and museums lies in the common alliance culture, and the construction of the mechanism of cultural fusion is the most effective way and means to realize the cultural integration within the alliance. It also provides the operational methods and procedures for the cultural fusion of the university library.
