针对传统马铃薯收获机挖掘铲试验研究花费大、周期长的问题,采用Solidworks三维设计软件的有限元分析功能,通过对工作过程进行理想化假设后,根据其安装位置和材料建立铲片有限元模型,载荷为土壤加载到铲面的力,分别计算各种型式挖掘铲的应力分布状况,通过计算结果对比,得出适合于目前马铃薯收获机挖掘铲较好的结构型式,为今后挖掘铲的设计提供理论依据。
