1978～1988年我院诊治甲亢并发重症肌无力8例,现报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料:8例中男3例,女5例。发病年龄15～43岁。甲亢病程2个月至20年,平均6.3年;重症肌无力0.5个月至15年,平均2.5年。其中5例甲亢在先,约2年后出现重症肌无力;2例重症肌无力在先,约1.5个月后出现甲亢;1例两病同时发生。8例均有典型的甲亢和重症肌无力临床症状。限肌疲劳试验、新斯的明试验(+)。7例有甲状腺肿大,6例有突眼和眼外肌麻痹,5例复视,2例咀嚼无力。
1978 to 1988 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism in 8 cases of myasthenia gravis, are reported below. Clinical data First, the general information: 8 cases of 3 males and 5 females. The age of onset 15 to 43 years old. Hyperthyroidism course of 2 months to 20 years, an average of 6.3 years; myasthenia gravis 0.5 months to 15 years, an average of 2.5 years. Of which 5 cases of hyperthyroidism in the first, about 2 years after onset of myasthenia gravis; 2 cases of myasthenia gravis preceded, about 1.5 months after hyperthyroidism; 1 case of both diseases occur simultaneously. All 8 patients had typical symptoms of hyperthyroidism and myasthenia gravis. Limit muscle fatigue test, neostigmine test (+). 7 cases had goiter, 6 cases of exophthalmos and extraocular muscle paralysis, 5 cases of diplopia, 2 cases of chewing weakness.
