通过实物叶轮的超速破坏性试验,对高强度钢制闭式叶轮在离心力场下的破坏过程进行了实验研究。证实闭式叶轮破坏一般是发生在轮盖进风圈处,合理设计并提高进风圈的抗裂强度是十分有意义的.
Based on the speeding destructive test of the actual impeller, the failure process of the closed impeller of high strength steel under the centrifugal force field was experimentally studied. Confirmed closed impeller damage is generally occurred at the wheel cover into the air ring at a reasonable design and improve the air inlet ring cracking strength is very meaningful.
