在生产电位器的工厂中,电位器盖头的生产数量占了很大的比重。为适应市场需求,提高经济效益,我们将电位器盖头生产,由原来的多工位模具改为连续模。现将部份结构叙述如下。 1.落料(图1)。该工步的设计指导思想是:首先保证落料后不与废料分离,以便进行下一步加工,所以采用两边留有5mm宽的搭边,但必需注意,采用凹模去除刃口方法获得搭边,否则将影响工件质量。其次为节省材料,在保证有切边余量情况下,不采用整圆落料。
