本研究采用廉价硅锰元素为主加元素开发出了铸态或空冷可获得贝氏体组织的耐磨钢,并对其机械性能和组织结果进行了分析测试,结果表明,该钢在获得高硬度高强度的同时有较高的韧性,所获得的贝氏体组织中的铁素体板条含有过饱和碳和高密度位错,板条间分布着高碳的奥氏体膜。用该钢制造的耐磨件工业应用表明比传统高锰钢和白口铸铁有更高的耐磨性。文章还对新钢种具有高的抗冲击磨粒磨损抗力原因进行了探讨。
In this study, a low-cost Si-Mn element was used as the main plus element to develop the as-cast or bake-resistant bainite wear-resistant steel. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the wear-resistant steel were analyzed and tested. The results show that, High hardness and high toughness at the same time, the obtained bainite ferrite lath containing supersaturated carbon and high density dislocations, lamellae distributed between the high carbon austenite film. Industrial applications of wear parts made of this steel have shown higher wear resistance than conventional high manganese steel and white cast iron. The article also discusses the reason why the new type of steel has a high resistance to abrasion and abrasion of the impact-resistant abrasive particles.
