提出一种PCM和CVSD之间的数字转换算法。该算法在无信道传输误码的影响下,不仅满足“多次转接时无误差积累”,保证多次转接时信噪比不变,还极大地提高了单次转接时的信噪比。并且根据《国标》和G.711建议设计了数字CVSD编译码器、数字PCM编译码器。算法模拟结果表明,该转换算法是行之有效的,成为网间互联技术新的信源转换方法。
A digital conversion algorithm between PCM and CVSD is proposed. Under the influence of no-channel transmission error, this algorithm not only meets the requirement of “error-free accumulation during multiple handovers”, but also guarantees signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at multiple handovers and greatly improves signal-to-noise ratio. And according to “national standard” and G. 711 recommended the design of a digital CVSD codec, digital PCM codec. The simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and becomes a new source conversion method for internetworking technology.
