几种污水样品,分别用两种常用的前增菌培养时间培养,比较其沙门氏菌的检出效果,表明前增菌培养37℃16～20小时比6小时检出率高。
Several sewage samples were cultured with two kinds of commonly used pre-enrichment culture time to compare the detection results of Salmonella, indicating that the pre-enrichment culture at 37 ℃ 16 to 20 hours higher than the detection rate of 6 hours.
