目的对蜜炙前后桑白皮止咳化痰作用进行对比。方法 KM小鼠随机分为模型对照组、阳性对照组、生品和蜜炙桑白皮0.39,0.78,1.56,3.12,6.24g·kg-1剂量组,连续10 d灌胃给药。采用浓氨水引咳和气管酚红排泌实验检测咳嗽潜伏期、2min内咳嗽次数、酚红排泌量。结果与模型组相比,蜜炙桑白皮各组、生品桑白皮0.78,6.24g·kg-1剂量组均显著,减少小鼠2min内咳嗽次数,增加气管酚红排泌量。在1.56~6.24g·kg-1范围内,呈现一定的量效关系,蜜炙后较生品桑白皮作用明显。结论蜜炙桑白皮与生品桑白皮相比,作用有一定差异,蜜炙后止咳化痰作用加强。
Objective To compare the effect of cough and phlegm of mulberry before and after honeyburn. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into model control group, positive control group, raw product and honey Sunburn mulberry bark 0.39,0.78,1.56,3.12,6.24g · kg-1 dose group, continuous administration for 10 days. Using concentrated ammonia water cough and tracheal phenol red excretion test to detect cough latency, cough frequency within 2min, phenol red excretion. Results Compared with the model group, each group of honey Sunburn mulberry white skin, raw mulberry white 0.78,6.24g · kg-1 dose group were significantly reduced the number of mice cough within 2min, increased tracheal phenol red excretion. In 1.56 ~ 6.24g · kg-1 range, showing a certain dose-effect relationship, honey Sunburn than the role of raw material mulberry white skin obvious. Conclusions Honey Sunburn mulberry white skin and raw mulberry white skin, the role of a certain difference, honey Sunburn cough and phlegm enhanced.
