目的 :研究中药开心散对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :复制大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,用开心散治疗 ,观察肾组织病理变化 ,并对肾组织LDH用显微镜 计算机真彩色图像分析系统分析 ;测定血清和肾组织SOD、MDA、NO含量。结果 :肾缺血 1h灌注 15min后 ,肾组织出现明显病理改变 ,肾小管LDH活性增加 ;血清和肾组织SOD、NO活性下降 ,MDA含量升高。应用开心散治疗后血清和肾组织SOD、NO活性升高 ,MDA含量下降 ,肾组织病理变化有所改善。结论 :开心散具有减轻脂质过氧化反应、清除自由基、保护血管内皮细胞等作用 ,这可能是开心散减轻肾缺血再灌注损伤作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Chinese medicine Kaixinsan on renal ischemia reperfusion injury. METHODS: Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury model was duplicated in rats. The pathological changes of renal tissue were observed by using Kaixin powder. The LDH of kidney tissue was analyzed by microscope computer real-color image analysis system. The levels of SOD, MDA, and NO in serum and kidney tissues were determined. . RESULTS: After 1h perfusion of renal ischemia for 15 minutes, renal tissue showed obvious pathological changes, LDH activity in renal tubules increased, SOD and NO activity in serum and renal tissue decreased, and MDA content increased. After treatment with Kaixin Powder, the activities of SOD and NO in serum and renal tissue were increased, the content of MDA was decreased, and the pathological changes of renal tissue were improved. Conclusion: Kaixinsan has the effects of alleviating lipid peroxidation, scavenging free radicals and protecting vascular endothelial cells, which may be one of the mechanisms of Kaixinsan in alleviating renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
