以几种叶菜类蔬菜为试验材料,探讨生物有机肥料对温室蔬菜产量、品质和土壤盐分的影响。结果表明:与蔬菜专用肥(对照)相比较,①在增产性能上,3种生物有机肥料可使蔬菜产量提高15.1%~37.3%。②在提高品质上,3种生物有机肥料能有效地降低苋菜和芹菜可食部分的NO3-含量和芹菜粗纤维含量,其中芹菜NO3-含量的降低幅度达1198~1947 mg/kg。③施用大三元生物有机肥的土壤盐分(EC)含量最低,0~10cm耕层的盐分为0.79mS/cm,比对照低0.24mS/cm;10~20cm耕层的盐分为0.55mS/cm,比对照低0.10mS/cm。可见,在温室栽培条件下施用生物有机肥料可以提高叶菜类蔬菜产量、品质和降低土壤盐分的累积。
Several kinds of leafy vegetables were used as experimental materials to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on greenhouse vegetable yield, quality and soil salinity. The results showed that compared with the special fertilizers (control), the three kinds of bio-organic fertilizers increased the yield of vegetables by 15.1% -37.3% on the yield-increasing performance. (2) In improving the quality, three kinds of bio-organic fertilizer can effectively reduce the content of NO3- and celery crude fiber in the edible part of amaranth and celery, and the decrease of NO3- content in celery reaches 1198-1-1947 mg / kg. ③ The content of soil organic matter (EC) in the Jiusuangyuan bio-organic fertilizer was the lowest, 0.79mS / cm in the 0-10cm layer, 0.24mS / cm lower than the control and 0.55mS / cm in the 10-20cm layer , 0.10 mS / cm lower than the control. Thus, the application of bio-organic fertilizer under greenhouse cultivation can increase the yield and quality of leafy vegetables and reduce the accumulation of soil salinity.
