目的了解医院高级别层流洁净手术室空气质量状况。方法采用激光粒子计数仪,对山西省太原市某医院百级洁净手术室空气中悬浮粒子浓度进行监测与分析。结果该医院百级洁净手术室空气中≥0.5μm粒径的悬浮粒子浓度各年差异显著,≥5μm粒径的悬浮粒子浓度无差异。结论悬浮粒子浓度≥0.5μm粒径的检测是手术室洁净度检测的关键指标。
Objective To understand the air quality status of high level laminar clean operating room in hospital. Methods The laser particle counter was used to monitor and analyze the concentration of suspended particles in the air of Class 100 clean operating room of a hospital in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Results There was significant difference in the concentration of suspended particles in the air of ≥0.5μm in the clean room of Class 100 of the hospital for each year. There was no difference in the concentration of suspended particles ≥5μm. Conclusion The detection of the particle size of suspended particles ≥0.5μm is the key indicator of the cleanliness of operating room.
