当前,随着各项改革工作不断深入推进,邮政已基本形成邮务类、金融类、速递物流类三大板块分业经营的格局。从目前的经营状况来看,既要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,为实现企业的效益而进行商业化的分业经营,又要在分业经营中,通过整合三大板块业务资源来提供综合性的一站式服务,二者在实际工作中的某些环节会不可避免地发生矛盾。如何正确看待和处理好二者的关系,成为当前迫切需要研究的课题。
