本文报道了通过体外和舌粘膜两种方式研究高分子透明质酸对芦氟沙星的缓释作用。结果显示 ,透明质酸在体外和舌粘膜都具有明显缓释作用 (p <0 0 5 )。为透明质酸作为粘膜药物缓释基质的开发应用提供了实验依据。
This paper reports the sustained release of rufloxacin by hyaluronic acid in vitro and in tongue mucosa. The results showed that hyaluronic acid has a significant sustained release in vitro and tongue mucosa (p <0 05). It provided the experimental basis for the development and application of hyaluronic acid as mucosal sustained release matrix.
