遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“中国人民有志气,有能力,一定要在不远的将来,赶上和超过世界先进水平”的教导,我们在进行典型测试试验时,采用了从我国实践中总结出来的力法——全误差法,以间齿测量法测量单啮一转误差和单啮局部误差。为了进一步搞清全误差法的特性,我们用此法测量了m=0.5和m=1的不同齿数的70个齿轮,同用其他方法测得的结果进行统计分析与比较,并利用全误差曲线分解出了齿轮的范成误差,现将分析与比较结果介绍于后,供参考。
