目的:采用紫外可见分光光度法对不同产地不同药用部位鸡骨草中总黄酮的含量进行测定,评价其不同产地及不同药用部位的药材质量。方法:紫外可见分光光度法于510 nm波长处测定总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁在0.004~0.080 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.32%,RSD为1.32%(n=6)。广东宝安产的鸡骨草含量:根、茎、叶分别为2.97%、1.70%、5.30%;广西南宁产的鸡骨草含量:根、茎、叶分别为4.18%、3.19%、5.16%。广西玉林产的鸡骨草含量:根、茎、叶分别为4.64%、4.00%、5.98%。结论:广西玉林产的鸡骨草根、茎、叶中总黄酮的含量均高于其他两个产地,广东宝安产的鸡骨草叶片中总黄酮的含量高于广西南宁鸡骨草叶中总黄酮的含量,而根、茎中总黄酮的含量显著低于其他两个产地。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of total flavonoids in different parts of Apostichopus japonicus from different areas by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and to evaluate the quality of medicinal materials in different areas and different medicinal parts. Methods: UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids at 510 nm. Results: Rutin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.004-0.080 mg with an average recovery of 99.32% and a RSD of 1.32% (n = 6). The content of Achyranthes root in Guangdong Baoan was 2.97%, 1.70% and 5.30% respectively. The content of Achyranthes root in Nanning, Guangxi was 4.18%, 3.19% and 5.16% respectively. Guangxi Yulin Crab Grass content: roots, stems and leaves were 4.64%, 4.00%, 5.98%. CONCLUSION: The content of total flavonoids in the roots, stems and leaves of Aloe barbata produced in Guangxi is higher than that of the other two habitats. The content of total flavonoids in leaves of Abrupts sagittatum produced in Baoan of Guangxi is higher than that of the total flavonoids in Abrupt leaves of Nanning, Guangxi The content of total flavonoids in roots and stems was significantly lower than the other two producing areas.
