Based on the analysis of user needs, this paper proposes the goals of the system and elaborates the overall system design, functional design, user interface design, system hardware and software environment, features and key technologies in detail. Taking the western slope of Songliao Basin as an example, the feasibility, convenience and function of the system are tested
