膀胱横纹肌肉瘤较罕见,国内报道仅见20余例。我院收洽2例报告如下。病例报告例1男性,3岁。2个月前出现排尿困难呈滴状,伴尿频、尿痛。10天后感下腹部疼痛并触及一肿块,排尿后肿块稍缩小,腹痛亦随之减轻。约1个月后经常有白色柔软小块状物随尿液排出,每次排出后可感排尿稍通畅。发病后曾有2～3次发烧,无酸痛及血尿史。检查:耻骨上可扪及6×5cm硬块,有压痛。肛诊可于直肠前触及此肿块。Hb 96g/L,Wbc Bladder rhabdomyosarcoma rare, reported only see more than 20 cases.
