一、一般情况本省今年一至五月各县市除宜春县外,都召开了各界人民代表会议,六至十月全省八十八县市都普遍召开一次或二次。截至目前为止,据不完全统计,今年一般都召开了二次,部分县市召开了三次至四次。此外有的县为了大张旗鼓镇压反革命和展开抗美援朝运动召开了临时会议·宜春一至五月份没有召开各界人民代表会议,已于九月上旬派检查组前往检查,并遵照中南指示命其作出书面检讨。万年已具备代行人民代表大会职权的条件,经批准下次会议代行人民代表大会职权。去冬今春完成土地改革县份,都在积极创造条件,准备今年十二月或至迟明年三月召开的会议,代行人民代表大会职权。 First, the general situation From January to May this year, all counties and cities in addition to Yichun County, have convened a People’s Congress from all walks of life, from June to October eighty-eight counties and cities are generally held once or twice.
