近几年来,蔬菜遭受肥害的现象比较严重,主要原因是蔬菜大棚处于相对密闭的环境,肥害产生的氨气、亚硝酸等气体不能有效地向外扩散;或因长期施用某种肥料,又缺少雨水及大量灌溉的淋溶作用,致使这些肥料在土壤中大量积累,造成蔬菜生理障害。肥害的主要表现为根系发育不良、新根少、根呈褐色、地上部叶片呈水浸状、叶色黄白色或淡褐色,严重的叶片失水萎蔫,个别植株出现死亡现象。经对肥害症状和原因分析,可采取以下几种措施防治:
