文章介绍了广西柳州至王灵高速公路旧水泥混凝土路面沥青混合料加铺试验段旧路检测和处理方案,试验段加铺结构方案及厚度设计以及加铺层特殊级配沥青混凝土材料设计,在材料和结构设计方面提出和使用了若干技术措施以提高加铺层反射裂缝抵抗能力,防治反射裂缝。试验路段2年多的通车使用效果良好,表明所采用的技术措施是可行的。其中结构六性价比高,使用效果好,推荐采用结构六。
This paper introduces the testing and treatment scheme of the old road in the asphalt concrete pavement test section of the old cement concrete pavement of Liuzhou-Wangling Expressway in Guangxi. The design and thickness design of the pavement structure in the experimental section and the asphalt concrete material design of the special grading of the overlay are introduced. Several technical measures have been put forward and used in the design of materials and structures to improve the reflective cracking resistance of the overlay and prevent the reflection cracks. The experimental section of more than 2 years of traffic with good results, indicating that the technical measures adopted are feasible. One of the six high cost structure, the use of good results, it is recommended to use the structure six.
