信号透镜光透射比是影响灯光信号显示距离的关键。文中针对其定义及测试方法存在的弊病,提出了无损测量技术方案。介绍了具有校准功能的WCY型信号透镜光透射比无损测量系统。通过试验表明该系统分光测量精确度高、结果稳定可靠,对信号透镜质量控制、确保色灯信号显示距离、提高铁路运输效率有重要作用。
Signal lens light transmittance is the key to affect the light signal display distance. In this paper, the definition of non-destructive measurement techniques and solutions to the shortcomings of its existence and test methods. The nondestructive measurement system of optical transmittance of WCY signal lens with calibration function is introduced. The experiment shows that the system has high precision of spectrometric measurement and stable and reliable results, which plays an important role in quality control of signal lens, ensuring the display distance of color signal and improving the efficiency of railway transportation.
